Payment for Services Rendered
Cash payment
Cash payment upon receipt of a service or product. A cash receipt and all closing documents are issued.
Payment for goods
- Payment in cash to the courier or by credit card upon delivery of the goods.
- Payment through a bank according to an invoice issued by our company (the bank usually imposes a commission - check with your bank).
- Transfer via payment systems.
Delivery
- Delivery time is from 9:00 to 19:00. Delivery of goods can be carried out in a narrower time range for an additional fee.
- Delivery cost in Almaty —3,000 tenge. The price includes the cost of lifting goods weighing up to 20 kg; in the absence of an elevator, the cost of lifting will be 500 tenge/floor.
- Delivery time for goods is from 1 to 3 days.
- Free shipping when ordering equipment or consumables for an amount over 50,000 tenge.
- Delivery of goods outside of Almaty -calculated individually depending on distance.
Attention! This is important.
Be sure to check the appearance and configuration of the equipment. If any discrepancies are found, you have the right to refuse the product.
Please note that from the moment the goods are transferred and the accompanying documents are signed, the risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to the buyer.
