What problem does exhaust ventilation solve?
Exhaust ventilation removes contaminants from the room and prevents them from spreading to neighboring areas. For dust, smoke, vapors and aerosols, it is more effective to capture the emissions near the source, and use the general exchange system for residual inputs and heat balance.

Local and general exchange hood
Local exhaust includes shelters, umbrellas, on-board or built-in suction, connected to the network and purification.General exchange hood removes air from the room according to a calculated scheme. The choice depends on the location of the source, the nature of the emissions and the operating mode of the equipment.
For dust processes, the exhaust can be converted into a separate one.dust extraction and gas purification system.

What data is needed for calculation
Describe the technological process, sources of emissions, temperature and nature of contaminants, equipment mode, layout and existing ventilation. If you have plans, a project, a specification, a photo of the site or a list of equipment, please attach them to the application. If there is insufficient data, the engineer will draw up a list of questions and determine the need for an examination.

How cost and schedule are determined
We prepare a commercial proposal for the service “Installation of exhaust ventilation” after checking the volumes and conditions of the facility. The price and duration are affected by the performance of the system, the length and cross-section of the networks, the composition of the equipment, the height of the work, automation, access to the site and the limitations of the existing production. A fixed price without this data would be unreliable.
