When commissioning is necessary
Commissioning works are carried out after completion of installation of a new system, reconstruction, replacement of equipment or significant change in modes. Running without checking can hide mixed connections, closed valves, automation errors, incorrect direction of rotation and unbalanced flow rates.

What is checked and adjusted
- compliance of actual installation with working documentation;
- condition of equipment, filters, valves and actuators;
- electrical connections and automation algorithms;
- direction of rotation and operating modes of fans;
- air distribution among branches and rooms;
- availability of elements for further maintenance.

Stages of commissioning work
- We study the project, passports and executive diagram.

If the system is not physically ready for commissioning, we issue a list of obstacles before continuing work.

What to submit for preliminary assessment
Submit the project, as-built diagrams, equipment passports, automation algorithms and information on the readiness of the power supply and related systems. Attach available drawings, passports, diagrams, photos or reports of previous work. If there is insufficient data, the engineer will identify questions and the need for a visit.

How are the cost and term determined?
We prepare a commercial proposal for the “Commissioning of ventilation systems” service after checking the initial data and work boundaries. The calculation is influenced by the composition of the equipment, the volume of networks, access, height, system condition, the need to stop production, materials and required documents. We will agree on the deadline, including access to the site and delivery of components.

The main geography is Central, Northern and Eastern Kazakhstan: Karaganda, Pavlodar, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Zhezkazgan, Semey, Astana, Kokshetau, Kostanay and Petropavlovskovsk. We evaluate the possibility of departure and mobilization after studying the task.
