What kind of air ducts we produce
We produce round, spiral-wound and rectangular sections, bends, transitions, tees, inserts and other shaped parts. The material, metal thickness, tightness class and type of connection are determined by the design and operating conditions.

Complete set and installation on site
Delivery may include only production according to the list or a complete set with fasteners, sealing, insulation and installation. Before work, we check access, heights, passage points, fastening points and intersections with adjacent networks.
A separate service is also available for products based on ready-made drawingsproduction of ventilation according to drawings.

What data is needed for calculation
Submit a design, specification or statement with dimensions, material, metal thickness, connection type and insulation requirements. If you have plans, a project, a specification, a photo of the site or a list of equipment, please attach them to the application. If there is insufficient data, the engineer will draw up a list of questions and determine the need for an examination.

How cost and schedule are determined
We prepare a commercial proposal for the service “Production and installation of air ducts” after checking the volumes and conditions of the facility. The price and duration are affected by the performance of the system, the length and cross-section of the networks, the composition of the equipment, the height of the work, automation, access to the site and the limitations of the existing production. A fixed price without this data would be unreliable.

We work with industrial facilities in Karaganda, Pavlodar, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Zhezkazgan, Semey, Astana, Kokshetau, Kostanay and Petropavlovskovsk. We evaluate the possibility of departure and mobilization after studying the task and site.
