When is fresh ventilation needed?
An air supply system is needed when the natural inflow is insufficient, a vacuum occurs in the room, the outside air needs to be purified or heated, and the production process requires controlled air supply. The system must work together with the hood: it is impossible to supply air without calculating the balance.

Composition of the supply system
- air intake grille and external valve;
- filters with access for maintenance;
- heater or cooler if necessary;
- fan or supply unit;
- air ducts, silencers and air distributors;
- sensors, control cabinet and automation algorithms.
The composition depends on the quality of outside air, the required parameters in the room and available energy sources.

Design and installation
- We check the task, layout and existing hood.

What data is needed for calculation
Indicate the purpose and area of the premises, heights, number of employees, operating mode, hood parameters and available coolants. If you have plans, a project, a specification, a photo of the site or a list of equipment, please attach them to the application. If there is insufficient data, the engineer will draw up a list of questions and determine the need for an examination.

How cost and schedule are determined
We prepare a commercial proposal for the service “Installation of fresh air ventilation” after checking the volumes and conditions of the facility. The price and duration are affected by the performance of the system, the length and cross-section of the networks, the composition of the equipment, the height of the work, automation, access to the site and the limitations of the existing production. A fixed price without this data would be unreliable.
