When VRF/VRV is suitable for an object

The system is suitable for buildings with a large number of premises and different schedules: office centers, hotels, administrative and commercial facilities. For large open workshops or centralized cooling supply, we compare the solution with a chiller-fan coil.

What do we check when selecting

  • thermal load of each zone;
  • simultaneity factor;
  • lengths of freon routes and elevation differences;
  • locations of outdoor units and heat removal;
  • drainage and access to indoor units;
  • power supply, control and dispatching.

Installation and launch

  1. We check the project and site.
  2. We install blocks and supporting structures.
  3. We install routes, thermal insulation and drainage.
  4. We carry out the required tests and vacuuming.
  5. We configure addressing, modes and control.

What to submit for evaluation

Convey plans, zone assignments, operating modes, known heat dissipations, outdoor unit locations, and available electrical power. If the data is insufficient, the engineer will generate a list of clarifications.

What does the cost and term depend on?

The assessment is influenced by the number of blocks and zones, the length of routes, elevation changes, drainage, automation, height and readiness of the construction part. We fix the estimate after checking the initial data and work boundaries.

Geography and related solution

The main geography is Karaganda, Pavlodar, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Zhezkazgan, Semey, Astana, Kokshetau, Kostanay and Petropavlovskovsk. We will determine the possibility of leaving after studying the property.
