This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) determines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of site usersabl.kz(hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), owned by the companyABL Engineering Group(hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).

By using the Site and providing your personal data, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

Definitions and terms

Personal data– any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable individual (subject of personal data).

Processing of personal data— any action (operation) or set of actions with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction.

Operator— ABL Engineering Group, which processes personal data and determines the purposes and content of processing.

What data do we collect?

We collect only the data that is necessary to provide services and process requests:

  • Contact details: name, phone number, email address – when filling out feedback forms, applications for calculations and consultations.
  • Project information: description of the task, area of the facility, type of system – when sending technical specifications.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of visit – automatically when viewing the pages of the Site.
  • Cookies and analytics: cookies, Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics data – to improve the operation of the Site and analyze user behavior.

Purposes of processing personal data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Processing incoming requests and requests for consultation.
  • Preparation of commercial proposals and calculation of the cost of services.
  • Contact you by phone or email to clarify the details of the project.

Procedure for processing and storing data

The processing of personal data includes the following actions: collection, recording, storage, use, transfer (in cases provided for in this Policy), deletion.

Personal data is stored on secure servers and is not transferred to third parties, except for the cases described in the section “Transfer of data to third parties.”

The storage period for personal data is no more than 3 (three) years from the date of receipt, or until the subject withdraws consent.

Transfer of data to third parties

We do not sell, trade or transfer your personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:

  • Technical support: hosting provider, analytics services (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics) – to ensure the operation of the Site.
  • Execution of the contract: contractors and partners – only to the extent necessary to complete the work you ordered.
  • Legal Requirement: at the request of authorized government bodies in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
