When an industrial facility needs a ventilation project
A project is needed before purchasing equipment and starting installation if the system is being built from scratch, production is being expanded, or the existing ventilation cannot cope with heat, dust, moisture, odors or process emissions. Without calculations, it is easy to get insufficient air exchange, excess energy consumption, noise and conflicts between routes and building structures.
For an existing enterprise, we first fix the problem and the operating mode of the facility, then determine whether reconstruction of individual sections is sufficient or whether a new system is needed.

What is included in the design result

What initial data speeds up the calculation?
For an initial assessment, floor plans, heights, zone assignments, operating modes, number of employees, process equipment parameters and descriptions of allocations are useful. If there is an existing project, equipment list, photo or measurement results, attach them to the application.
If there is no ready-made technical specification, we will start with a list of questions and determine what surveys and measurements are needed before the calculation.
