What kind of faults do we sort out?
Loss of performance, noise and vibration, overheating, fan failure, worn belts and bearings, leaking networks, faulty valves, actuators or controls. We determine the cause by diagnostics, and not by replacing parts at random.

System recovery options
Depending on the defect, we offer repair of the unit, replacement of equipment, restoration of the air duct, change of fastenings, repair of automation or reconstruction of the site. If restoring an old solution is not economically or technically feasible, we record this before purchasing components.

What to submit for preliminary assessment
Describe the symptoms, time of occurrence, equipment brands, recent work, operating mode and the possibility of shutting down the site. Attach available drawings, passports, diagrams, photos or reports of previous work. If there is insufficient data, the engineer will identify questions and the need for a visit.

How are the cost and term determined?
We prepare a commercial proposal for the service “Repair of ventilation systems” after checking the initial data and scope of work. The calculation is influenced by the composition of the equipment, the volume of networks, access, height, system condition, the need to stop production, materials and required documents. We will agree on the deadline, including access to the site and delivery of components.
