Installation of metal structures according to the KM section
ABL Engineering Group performsinstallation of building metal structures according to brand drawingsKM and KMD. We accept structures manufactured at the metal plant or supplied by the customer, and carry out large-scale assembly and installation on site using our own teams with geodetic position control.
We work throughout Kazakhstan, including in the conditions of existing production – with the coordination of schedules with the customer’s technological services. The company has been on the market since 2003, the ABL engineering direction has been since 2009; During this time, more than 40 specialized projects were completed in metallurgy, mining and energy.

What kind of metal structures do we install?
We install building metal structures of any type according to design documentation:
- Frames of buildings and structures— columns, trusses, beams, purlins, connections, half-timbering;
- Overpasses— technological, cable, pipeline;
- Service sites— working platforms, stairs, fences, walkways;
- Support structures for equipment— frames, pedestals, supports for ventilation units, filters, smoke exhausters;
- Technological metal structures as part of engineering and dust extraction systems.
Large load-bearing structures and heavy frames of large spans are manufactured at specialized metal plants – we accept them for installation and are responsible for the quality of assembly and welding on site.

What we make in our own production
The production base in Temirtau (two workshops, machine park: CNC plasma cutting, guillotines, rollers, sheet benders) is focused on products for engineering systems. We produce in-house:
- gas ducts and air ducts of rectangular and round cross-section;
- boxes, casings and equipment covers;
- support frames and pedestals for ventilation and gas cleaning equipment;
- bunkers, chutes, funnels, non-standard units according to drawings;
- shaped and non-standard metal products of small and medium complexity.
We provide fully load-bearing building frames and heavy metal structureswe don’t manufacture— we work on them during installation. This approach allows us to be honestly responsible for what we actually control in our production, and not to replace a specialized metal plant.

How we work: from design drawings to delivery
The work is carried out in clear stages:
- Documentation analysis. We study the KM / KMD section, specifications of rolled metal, components and installation volumes. If necessary, we can help with detailing.
- Acceptance of structures. We accept metal structures from the manufacturer or customer, check the completeness and geometry. We manufacture products from our range in Temirtau.
- Installation. Integrated assembly and installation by our own teams with geodetic control, if necessary, with the use of lifting equipment.
- Anti-corrosion protection. Surface preparation, priming and painting of assembly units according to the project.
- Delivery of work. As-built documentation: inspection reports, logs of welding and installation work, as-built geodetic diagrams.

Cost of installation of metal structures
The price is calculated individually according to KM / KMD drawings and depends on:
- mass and complexity of mounted structures;
- heights and installation conditions, the need for lifting equipment;
- volume of products manufactured in our production;
- type of anti-corrosion protection and requirements for welded joints;
- remoteness of the facility and logistics.
