Engineering systems design
ABL Engineering Group develops design and working documentation of engineering systems –heating, ventilation, air conditioning, smoke removal, dust extraction and gas purification. We design what we then produce and install ourselves, so the solutions are immediately technologically advanced and implementable on site.
We work according to the standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan (SN RK, SP RK). When state examination is required for an object, engineering sections are developedtogether with design institutes. The company has been on the market since 2003, the ABL engineering direction has been since 2009.

What sections do we design?
We design the facility’s engineering systems:
- Heating (HVAC)— heating systems for buildings and industries;
- Ventilation— supply, exhaust and supply and exhaust;
- Air conditioning (HVAC)— central and local systems;
- Smoke removal— smoke ventilation according to fire safety standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Dust extraction— dust removal systems in production;
- Gas cleaning— purification of industrial emissions.
SectionsKM(metal structures),QoL(reinforced concrete) and external networks we do not design – if necessary, they are developed by design institutes with which we work jointly. At the same time, we carry out the production and installation of metal structures and engineering systems according to ready-made drawings ourselves.

How work on the project is structured
We carry out the design step by step and transparently:
- Survey and initial data. Visiting the site, taking measurements, collecting technical specifications and customer requirements.
- Technical specifications and concept. We coordinate fundamental decisions, loads, circuits and equipment.
- Working documentation. We develop drawings and specifications for engineering sections with calculations.
- Coordination. If an object requires state expertise, we develop engineering sections together with design institutes and make adjustments based on comments.
- Author’s supervision. We monitor compliance of installation with design solutions on site.

The price is calculated individually and depends on:
- a set of engineering sections (HVAC, HVAC, smoke removal, dust extraction, gas purification);
- area and purpose of the object, category of complexity;
- stages (design and/or working documentation);
- the need for designer’s supervision.

Engineering sections: heating and ventilation (HVAC), air conditioning, smoke removal, dust extraction and gas purification. We do not design sections of CM, CL and external networks; if necessary, they are developed by design institutes with which we work jointly.
You can order the design of engineering systems as a separate service. At the same time, the advantage of ABL is that the design department, production and installation are in one company: the project immediately takes into account the actual manufacturing and installation technology.
We do not carry out the examination ourselves – for objects where state examination is required, engineering sections are developed jointly with design institutes. We are responsible for the engineering part, the institute is responsible for passing the examination.
Yes. We develop documentation in accordance with the current standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan (SN RK, SP RK) and fire safety requirements of Kazakhstan.
