What to consider before choosing equipment

We determine external and internal design conditions, heat input through fences, from people, lighting and technological equipment. For rooms with variable load, we divide the modes by time and zones.

For server and critical premises, we separately fix the requirements for redundancy, year-round operation and the permissible range of parameters.

How to choose the type of system

  • VRF/VRV: multi-zone facilities with independent room control.
  • Chiller fan coil: large distributed facilities and district cooling.
  • Duct systems: supply of prepared air through a network of air ducts.
  • Precision conditioning: server and technological premises with strict requirements.

We make the choice based on calculations, route limitations, operation and redundancy, and not on the equipment brand.

What's included in the project kit

What to submit for preliminary assessment

We need plans and heights of the premises, purpose of zones, operating mode, number of people, heat dissipation of equipment, requirements for temperature and humidity, data on power supply. If some of the data is missing, attach available materials and describe the task – the engineer will generate a list of clarifications.

What does the cost and term depend on?

The assessment is influenced by the number of zones, the availability of source data, the complexity of thermal loads, redundancy requirements, the length of routes and the composition of the issued documentation. We determine the price and term only after checking the initial data. In the commercial proposal we fix the composition, boundaries of work, assumptions and phasing.

Geography and the next stage

We work in Central, Northern and Eastern Kazakhstan: Karaganda, Pavlodar, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Zhezkazgan, Semey, Astana, Kokshetau, Kostanay and Petropavlovskovsk. The need for departure and the mobilization schedule are determined after studying the materials.
