What is included in the installation of industrial ventilation
We assemble the system on site: we install ventilation units and fans, lay air ducts, install valves, filters, grilles, noise suppressors, supports and automation elements. The specific composition is fixed in the estimate and contract for the project or bill of quantities.
If the documentation is incomplete, we check the routes, access to installation areas, equipment installation locations and connection points before making a commercial proposal.

Stages of installation work

- Start and transfer. The scope of commissioning and as-built documentation is determined by the contract.

What does the cost and schedule depend on?
The calculation is influenced by the volume and cross-section of the air ducts, the weight and location of the equipment, the height of the work, the condition of the site, the need for metal structures, automation, lifting equipment and stage-by-stage implementation in the existing production.
Therefore, a fixed price without a project is misleading. We prepare a commercial proposal after checking the documentation and conditions of the object; We will coordinate the work period together with the delivery schedule and access to the site.

What does the customer receive after completion?
The installed system in the agreed volume, the results of the inspections provided for in the contract and a set of executive documents. The list of documents, testing regimes and boundaries of responsibility are fixed before the start of work, so that delivery does not depend on oral agreements.

First, we examine the initial data and determine the required scope of design. Starting installation without an approved scheme for an industrial facility is risky due to possible alterations and conflicts with adjacent systems.

Various configuration schemes are possible. We fix the delivery boundaries of the customer and the contractor in the commercial proposal and contract. We can produce air ducts and fittings at our own production facility in Temirtau.
