Installation of ventilation systems is a complex technological process that requires qualified specialists and compliance with building codes. The efficiency and durability of the entire system directly depends on the quality of installation.

Preparatory stage

Before installation work begins, air duct routes are marked, passage through building structures is coordinated, and holes and embedded elements are prepared. All work is carried out in accordance with the approved working documentation.

Air duct installation

Air ducts are made of galvanized steel or non-flammable polymers. Mounting is carried out on vibration-isolating suspensions to reduce noise. The connections are sealed with special sealants that provide density class A according to EN 12237.

Equipment installation and commissioning

Ventilation units are mounted on vibration bases. After connecting the electrics and automation, commissioning is carried out: balancing air flow, setting up controllers, checking all operating modes. The results are recorded in test reports.
