What this equipment is designed to solve
Modular air handling unitBL (ABL-TAHM series)— air handling unit for creating a comfortable microclimate in commercial and industrial buildings. Performance range –2,000 – 120,000 m³/h: from the office floor to the production building and clean rooms.
The housing is TÜV certified according to EN 1886 (classes D1/L1/T2): rigid aluminum frame and sandwich panels with heat and sound insulation – tightness, minimal heat loss and mechanical strength. The installation is assembled section by section for the object: filtration in several stages, heating/cooling, humidification, noise reduction.
To reduce heat loss, use plate or rotary heat exchangers: the heat from the exhaust air is returned to heat the supply air, which, for the Kazakhstani climate, directly reduces the heat bill. The design adapts to external temperatures down to −38 °C. Automation and built-in control systems are included.
ABL agrees on the composition and delivery schedule after checking the complete set, manufactures the piping – air ducts, noise suppressors, fittings – at its own production in Temirtau, installs it under a category II construction and installation license and takes the objects for service. The production of the manufacturer is certified according to ISO 9001/14001/45001.
