What this equipment is designed to solve
Painting exhaust chamber ABL-OVK— a filter-ventilation unit for removing and purifying air from paint mist and dust generated during the application of paints and varnishes. Ensures the capture of dry and wet paint particles directly in the work area and protects the room air.
Two-stage filtration: the first stage is a Paint-Stop type filter, the second is an inertial corrugated cartridge. The built-in liquid differential pressure gauge shows the degree of filter contamination and when to replace them.
The modular design allows you to select the performance and number of rows of exhaust grilles for the task; air duct connection – from above or below. Manufactured to suit your painting area.

By air flow and size of the painting area: OVK-2 – 3,500 m³/h, OVK-3 – 5,250 m³/h. Modules can be combined for greater performance. Send us the dimensions of the area and the type of coatings – we will select the configuration.
According to the readings of the built-in differential pressure gauge: when the maximum pressure drop is reached, the first stage Paint-Stop filter is changed. The frequency depends on the intensity of the color and the type of paint.
For liquid coatings and powder painting, the camera captures both dry and wet paint mist. We select filter materials for a specific technical process.
