What this equipment is designed to solve
Bag filter for cleaning industrial flue gases from dust. The gas is forced through sleeves made of heat-resistant filter material: dust is retained on the surface, the purified gas goes into the chimney, and pulse blowing periodically dumps the accumulated layer into the bunker.
The main advantage of the technology isthe ability to provide the calculated level of purification with the correct selection of filter material and regeneration mode. For ferroalloy furnaces, cement production and metallurgical processing, the result depends on the composition of the gas, temperature, humidity, dust properties and operating mode. The applicability of the technology and target indicators are confirmed by calculations and design documentation.
The equipment is customized for the project: filter sections, a gas cooling system in front of the filter, bins with ash removal, dampers and gas ducts. ABL carries out installation under a category II construction and installation license, manufactures metal structures, service platforms and gas ducts at its own production in Temirtau, carries out supervision and commissioning with emission measurement protocols, and then provides service with the replacement of hoses and consumables according to the agreed specification.

A bag filter is considered for large gas volumes and high dust loads, when the dust properties and temperature allow fabric filtration. The decision is made after analyzing the gas composition, humidity, dispersion and the required residual emission; There is no universal advantage without this data.
Sleeves are changed based on actual condition, pressure drop and inspection results. The interval depends on the hose material, temperature, chemical composition and abrasiveness of the dust; the set of consumables and service conditions are agreed upon in a separate specification.
