Insulated air valve (KVU) assembled with electric drive— for external air intakes and emissions of supply and exhaust systems. Insulated flaps and seals prevent freezing and suction of cold air, and the electric drive ensures automatic opening and closing as part of the automatic ventilation system.
It is supplied assembled with the actuator (with or without spring return – upon request), which simplifies installation and ensures coordinated operation of the valve and automation. The dimensions and parameters of the drive are selected according to the cross-section of the air duct and the task.

Frequently Asked Questions
The electric drive automatically opens the valve when the system is turned on and closes when it stops – in conjunction with the automatic ventilation system. For external valves, it is recommended to have a spring return design, so that when the power is removed, the spring moves the valve to the position specified by the design.
Insulated flaps and seals prevent freezing of the mechanism and the suction of cold air in winter – this is important for external air intakes and emissions in the climate of Kazakhstan.
