What this equipment is designed to solve

Integrated gas purification of hot flue gases for metallurgy, energy and cement:dust removal + desulfurization (FGD) + denitrification (SCR/SNCR) + ash transport in a single technological circuit. The composition of the complex and suppliers of key equipment are determined after analyzing gas parameters and cleaning requirements; local engineering, metal structures, installation and service are performed by ABL Engineering Group.

Dust removal: The solution may include electrostatic precipitators, bag filters or a hybrid circuit. The technology is selected based on gas flow and temperature, dust dispersion and properties, production mode and required purification rate.

SO₂ and NOx removal: wet, dry and semi-dry FGD schemes, as well as SCR or SNCR, are considered after analysis of the fuel, gas composition, available reagents and site requirements. The circuit can be supplemented by transport and storage of collected ash.

The project is based on actual emissions parameters, permitting requirements and the plant modernization program. ABL can carry out the local part of the project: engineering, metal structures and flues, installation, supervision, commissioning with measurements and service. The exact scope of responsibility and target indicators are fixed only after examination and selection of technology.
