What this equipment is designed to solve
A cyclone is a dry inertial cleaning device: the dusty stream swirls, the particles are thrown towards the wall and poured into a hopper, and the gas exits through the central pipe. It is used for coarse and medium-sized dust as an independent or preliminary step before the filter.
The efficiency of a cyclone cannot be assigned to one percent without the fractional composition, density and gas flow rate. The diameter, number of devices, resistance and expected result are calculated from the initial process data.

Yes – for coarse and medium dry dust, when emission standards are achieved in one inertial stage. For fine dust finer than 5 microns, sticky and fibrous dust, as well as with strict maximum permissible concentrations for the fine fraction, a bag or cartridge filter is installed after the cyclone.

TsN-11 gives the greatest efficiency with greater hydraulic resistance, TsN-24 – the highest throughput with less resistance, TsN-15 – a universal balance of efficiency and resistance. We select the series based on dust content and required cleaning.
Cyclone (single, group or battery), dust collection hopper, airlock or flasher, support structures. The material and design (explosion-proof, heat-insulated, abrasion-resistant) are selected according to the site conditions.
