Smoke extraction fan based on the centrifugal seriesABL-XFB with a heat-resistant impeller – for removing smoke, hot gases and combustion products from premises during a fire. Designed to operate at temperatures of the transported medium up to+600 °C for 120 minutes— the time required for the evacuation of people and the work of fire departments.
Structurally, it is a centrifugal fan on a support frame: a durable steel body, a heat-resistant wheel, and an engine removed from the hot flow. The standard size is selected according to the smoke ventilation project – according to the required flow rate and pressure of the smoke removal system of the facility.
ABL supplies the fan in a complex: selection according to the project, production of piping and transitions for the actual flange, installation under a category II construction and installation license and commissioning with measurements. The ABL-XFB series covers a range of up to 221,730 m³/h and 3,202 Pa – from local systems to large facilities.

Heat-resistant impeller and design designed to move media up to +600 °C for 120 minutes. An ordinary fan in such conditions fails within minutes – the smoke exhauster must work for the entire evacuation period.
Only for the smoke ventilation project: flow and pressure are calculated based on the geometry of the building, smoke zones and the requirements of smoke protection standards. ABL selects the standard size according to the project, and if necessary, helps with system calculations.
