What this equipment is designed to solve
ABL-BF is a bag dust collector for cleaning industrial gases and air. Dust is retained on the surface of the hoses and periodically discharged by pulsed regeneration into the hopper.
Residual dust content and stability of operation depend on temperature, humidity, dispersion, chemistry and abrasiveness of dust, hose material and regeneration mode. The target indicator is fixed only after calculation and selection of equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions
On large volumes of air, high dust content and “heavy” dust – abrasive, fibrous, prone to sticking. Fabric sleeves in such modes last longer and are easier to maintain. For fine dust and compact installations, the cartridge ABL-DF is often more profitable.
During operation, the hoses are cleaned automatically by pulse blowing. Replacement of sleeves is planned, due to wear; ABL supplies replacement hoses and consumables to the agreed specification; service conditions are fixed in a separate offer.
Based on air flow, concentration and properties of dust, temperature and humidity of the flow. An ABL engineer makes calculations based on your technical specifications or after visiting the site, then the design, production of piping, installation and commissioning with measurements.
