What this equipment is designed to solve
Mobile dust collectorABL-SDF captures welding fume directly at the source: the rotating exhaust arm is placed at the arc, and the aerosol does not reach the welder’s breathing zone. Installation on wheels – moves freely between posts and does not require stationary ventilation.
Filtration – horizontal cartridges with fineness of purification from0.3 µm: welding aerosol and fine metal dust settle on the surface of the cartridge, the purified air is returned to the workshop. Pulse regeneration cleans cartridges without stopping operation.
Series performance –1,600 – 3,000 m³/h, filtration area 9–18 m², equipped with one or two exhaust arms – for one or two welding stations. For MIG/TIG welding, this is the primary way to meet work area air requirements without extensive ventilation.
