What this equipment is designed to solve
ABL-DF is a family of cartridge dust collectors with pulse regeneration. The air passes through the filter elements, the dust is discharged into a hopper, and the purified stream is sent to the outlet or to a coordinated recirculation circuit.
The design is selected based on flow rate, dust properties, temperature, humidity, layout and explosion safety requirements. Special Ex-options can only be indicated together with a passport and a specific delivery certificate.

The cartridge filter is more compact: the pleated filter provides a larger filtration area in a small housing and captures particles from 0.3 microns. This is optimal for fine and medium dust in the workshop. Hose type systems benefit from large volumes and heavy dusty flows – the selection is made by an ABL engineer based on your technical process.
No. Pulse regeneration removes dust from cartridges with short pulses of compressed air during operation. Dust falls into a hopper of 35–110 l and is removed without disassembling the filter.
Dust analysis and area classification are required. Special design, grounding, spark suppression or unloading devices and certificates are agreed upon for the specific delivery; The basic card does not replace supporting documents.
It is possible: after the 0.3 micron cartridge, the air is suitable for recirculation. In winter, this is a noticeable saving – the heat remains in the workshop, and does not escape into the atmosphere along with emissions.
