When the system needs cleaning
The reason may be visible deposits, a drop in air flow, contamination of filters and equipment, dust transfer, or the requirements of the facility’s technological regulations. The decision is made after inspecting the accessible areas and analyzing the nature of the contamination.

Cleaning and disinfection are different operations
Cleaning Removes dust, grease, fibers and other deposits by suitable mechanical or approved means.Disinfection does not apply automatically: the need, means, concentration, compatibility with materials and approval conditions must be determined before work.

What to submit for preliminary assessment
Describe the facility, type of system, expected contamination, accessible hatches, production mode and internal sanitary regulations requirements. Attach available drawings, passports, diagrams, photos or reports of previous work. If there is insufficient data, the engineer will identify questions and the need for a visit.

How are the cost and term determined?
We prepare a commercial proposal for the service “Cleaning and disinfection of ventilation” after checking the initial data and scope of work. The calculation is influenced by the composition of the equipment, the volume of networks, access, height, system condition, the need to stop production, materials and required documents. We will agree on the deadline, including access to the site and delivery of components.
